I see the same therapist every time so she knows my progress and limitations. It feels very much like a partnership – I’m involved with my treatment and not just doing what I’m told. After being at Performance Therapies for 10 weeks, I’ve been able to run more efficiently and I’m real excited for where things are going.
I ran marathons, ran races and gradually the pain in my knees got worse. I tried to hold out as long as I could using short term pain treatments. Finally, I had a knee replacement and two days following the surgery, Sherri came directly to my house and began treatment. It’s now been seven weeks and I feel much better!
Performance Therapies is a great place for athletes to get rehab and get ready for the season. Performance has a trainer at our school that helps us train and help out at our games. I’ve had a great experience with Performance and really believe in the company.
