Darcy Garcia

Darcy grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. She currently lives in Coralville with her husband, Noel, and their four children, Dahlia, Benicio, Lola and Alana. After graduating with her accounting degree, Darcy worked in accounting for many years at a home health care business and would later work at the corporate location for UnityPoint Health. 

Her experience with finance and accounting has taken her to work in the construction industry, including working for a general contractor and most recently as CFO at a local solar panel installation company. 

Darcy is looking forward to providing the financial and operational information needed to field the most effective strategy development and decision making at Performance Therapies. Her passion for the patients, customers, and employees shows in the day to day operations.

Outside of work, her favorite things to do include spending time with her family, running, and eating delicious tacos!
