I had several surgeries when I was a young athlete, and was able to create such cool relationships with my physical therapists. I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare, and physical therapy gives a unique experience that allows really getting to know your patient and watch them grow!
I’m excited to work with a wide patient population, from young athletes to older individuals! I have had great patient interactions with people of all ages and abilities, so I’m excited to continue that at Performance.
Outside of her professional life, Mackenzie enjoys staying active through playing flag football and she is currently training for a half marathon. As a new addition to the Performance Therapies team, she is excited to support the local community in reaching their fullest physical potential.
