Nathan Fritz

Nathan Fritz is a dedicated and highly accomplished professional in the fields of physical therapy and athletic training. He will provide his services to our Hiawatha and Cedar Rapids clinic. He is eager to continue helping athletes at Prairie High School and Kirkwood Community College.

Nathan earned his BA from Central College in Pella, IA and his DPT from Messiah University in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Nathan has worked in multiple athletic settings including both high school and collegiate level football, basketball, wrestling, and track. He had the opportunity to provide healthcare education in Mexico and Haiti.

I am excited to join such an experienced team of physical therapists and athletic trainers. I am equally excited to be back home in Iowa and working with all ages of our active population.

When Nathan is not working with patients or athletes, he enjoys staying active through various physical activities such as hiking, biking, and running.

Something unique your family did together when you were young: Every year until I was in high school my family would follow the Hawkeye football team to all their bowl games.

Last vacation or favorite vacation: My latest vacation I took a road trip with family. We started by flying from Iowa to North Carolina to pick up a camper van. Then we drove from North Carolina to Colorado where we hiked to several 14,000ft summits.
