As we transition to a new year, I feel it is appropriate to both reflect on the accomplishments of the past year and the opportunities that lie ahead. 2015 was a phenomenal year for Performance Therapies, which is in no small part due to you, our wonderful patients and clients. We couldn’t do it without you and we can’t thank you enough for choosing Performance.
Through the years, our patients have always been very committed to Performance and this was once again, borne out in our annual patient satisfaction survey in which over 95% of respondents said they would refer a family member, friend or coworker to Performance. Your referrals and recommendations are the lifeblood of a small, therapist-owned clinic such as Performance and we thank you for them.
Your commitment to Performance is returned in our commitment to providing the most up-to-date, cutting edge treatments to return you to full function as quickly as possible. In 2015, our Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Strength & Conditioning Specialists attended over 40 post-graduate continuing education classes, gaining advanced certification in dry needling, manual therapy, functional movement screening, and gait analysis. Furthermore, we have added additional services, including a full-time Registered Dietitian, to address nutritional concerns as well as motion analysis hardware and software, allowing us to look at movement in greater detail than ever before. We are confident our continual staff training and expanded services will provide our patients and clients with an even higher level of satisfaction in the coming year.
We have set a solid game plan for continued growth and quality improvement in 2016 and I am eager to see the game plan in action. We like to refer to Performance Therapies as a team of healthcare providers and I am continually humbled by and very proud of the team we have assembled to serve you. You, our patients and clients, however, represent the most important members of our team, and we can’t thank you enough for your support and patronage. I look forward to seeing you all in 2016 and wish you the best in the new year!
