Ashley’s primary interests are outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, running-related injuries and treating women’s health issues. She treats a wide variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions. She incorporates manual therapy, dry needling, exercises, and patient education into the patient’s individualized treatment plan. As an avid recreational runner, she also has a passion for working with runners of all ages and abilities. Ashley has taken several running courses on gait mechanics and loves being able to help runners reach their goals. Outside of work, when she is not training for a road race or triathlon, she is usually chasing around her son and daughter. She and her family enjoy being active outdoors and exploring the Iowa City area.
